My journey into tech and design
In June 2023, I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering. While my studies were rooted in technical problem-solving, creativity was never far from my mind.
Throughout undergrad, I dabbled in graphic design for university clubs, creating posters, logos, and visuals that told stories. It was during this time that I first stumbled upon the world of UX design - a space where my artistic instincts and engineering skills could thrive together.
Bridging experience
After graduation, I worked as a software and data engineer, building a strong foundation in technical problem-solving and scalability. I soon realized my passion lay in shaping user interactions with the systems I built, which led me to explore UX design further.
To deepen my skills, I completed the Google UX Design Professional Certificate and took on self-initiated projects, blending usability with technical feasibility in a creative playground.
Making it all come together
Realizing that design was my true calling, I decided to pursue a master’s degree in Information Science at Cornell Tech.
Now, I’m in New York City, exploring the depths of UX research, HCI, and the ethical dimensions of technology. My technical background helps me bring feasibility to the table, while my design mindset ensures usability and impact.
Outside of class
When I’m not immersed in design projects or coursework, you’ll find me sketching ideas, experimenting with digital art, or wandering around NYC, soaking in inspiration. I’m all about creating experiences that connect with people - and I can’t wait to see where this journey takes me next.

May 2025 - August 2025
Worked on the Profile and Identity team, designing People Discovery features to improve how 3B+ users find and connect with others. Conducted competitive analysis of 12+ platforms, created 30+ screens with prototypes, while aligning with the design system and collaborating cross-functionally.
August 2023 - June 2024
I built scalable data systems and pipelines using Big Data and cloud technologies like AWS Glue, S3, Athena, Lambda, Spark, Redshift, and Airflow. I collaborated with stakeholders to evaluate business requirements and delivered optimized solutions for complex use cases.
